Booking and payment

Full payment is made online at the time of booking, through Montonio. A booking is made once payment is received and you accept these terms; by booking you confirm that you are over 18. Bookings are personal: please give your name and the name of the person coming with you.

If an error in the booking system makes the service unavailable or its price unreasonably low, we will tell you within 1 day of the booking confirmation; the booking is then cancelled and the amount paid is refunded.

Cancellation

Bookings are non-refundable, whatever the reason or change of plans. With notice, other people may come in your place, as long as they accept these terms; the guests cannot be changed on the day of arrival. No partial refunds for leaving early or not showing for part of the stay.

Changing dates: write to us as early as possible. Up to 14 days before arrival you can change your dates: you receive a personal code to use the amount paid for another booking within 3 months (the terms and prices at the time of the new booking apply). Less than 14 days before arrival, a change is only possible if someone else books the released dates.

House rules

Check-in: 3pm or later. Check-out: 11am; late check-out is not possible.
Adults only: no children or babies.
For the comfort and security of our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Each cabin accommodates maximum two people. We ask you not to book two cabins together with your friends/family.
Pets are not allowed.
This is a quiet place to enjoy the wild. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. Sadly, we can’t control a noise pollution in surrounding especially on summer weekends. A cold season is the best time to enjoy silence.
All of our properties are non-smoking.
No commercial photoshoots and filming.
Please do not bring balloons or other decorations. Our idea is minimalism and nature, so we try to avoid unnecessary things and especially single-use plastic!
Do not leave unattended candles. Be careful with the fireplace, don’t put any things on the top of it.
Do not put hot things directly on the table.
Keep watch while grilling or using fireplace – you shouldn’t leave it unattended.
The use of fireworks is prohibited throughout the territory.
No fishing from the docks (please use the boat).
Jacuzzi: please shower before using the tub to remove make-up, sun-screen, insect repellent or any other oil-based products which reduce the effectiveness of the spa sanitizer which disinfects the water. No smoking is permitted in or around the jacuzzi. No food, drink, shampoo or similar items allowed. The water has been treated to ensure it is correctly balanced and it’s monitoring remotely. If jacuzzi will require excessive cleaning it’ll be emptied and extra cleaned at your expense (50EUR). Let us remind you that outdoor noise should be kept at minimum. Please be silent while using the jacuzzi. The cover should ideally always be on when the jacuzzi isn’t being used.
Damages. You are responsible (and will be charged) for any damages caused by you or your guests. Please leave your cabin as close to the way you have found it in as possible. Please report damages and/or maintenance issues right away.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage and/or injury occurring as the result of staying on our property; damage and/or injury occurring as a result of the use of the facilities on the property.
Any illegal or inappropriate activity or behaviour towards other guests, the owners and the property shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and guests may then be asked to immediately vacate the property. In that case no refund is possible.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are sold on the Gift vouchers page, for a fixed amount or an amount of your choice. The buyer chooses a word for the code (e.g. a name); we add four random characters so the code cannot be guessed. Payment is handled by Montonio.
The voucher is e-mailed as a PDF to the address given at purchase as soon as we receive the payment confirmation.
Validity: 12 months from the date of payment; the expiry date is printed on the voucher. The stay must begin before the voucher expires; vouchers are not extended.
Redeeming: enter the voucher code when you book online; its value is deducted from the amount payable. A voucher is valid for a single booking and expires once its code is used.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full; unused value is not refunded.
Lost your voucher? We can e-mail it again to the same address.
